Is there a free tier?+
Yes — the Free plan gives you 2 articles, 25 weekly-tracked keywords, 10 ChatGPT visibility prompts, and 3 audits per month. No credit card required. Upgrade only when you need daily rank tracking, more engines, or higher quotas.
How does the Razorpay checkout work?+
All payments are processed in INR via Razorpay — UPI, Net Banking, Indian cards, and major international cards are supported. A GST-compliant invoice is generated for every payment. Your card details never touch our servers.
Are sticker prices inclusive of GST?+
No — listed INR prices are ex-GST, in line with Indian B2B convention. 18% GST is added at checkout. We issue HSN-9983 GST-compliant tax invoices so you can claim input tax credit.
What about TDS deduction (§194J)?+
Indian customers can deduct 10% TDS under §194J. Send us your TDS certificate (Form 16A) every quarter and we will reconcile it against your invoices.
What is the difference between daily and weekly keyword tracking?+
Daily tracking refreshes Google rank positions every 24 hours (best for high-priority money keywords). Weekly tracking refreshes every 7 days (sufficient for content/long-tail keywords). Daily is significantly more expensive on the data side, so we cap it per plan and offer overages.
What happens when I hit my article or keyword quota?+
You can either upgrade to the next tier or buy a metered overage (₹1,599/mo for 100 articles, ₹6,799/mo for 1,000 daily keywords, etc.). Add-ons stack and renew with your subscription.
Why is AI Visibility limited on Starter?+
Every paid tier (Starter, Pro, Agency) includes all 4 engines — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini. The limit is on monthly prompt volume: Starter 5 prompts/mo, Pro 30, Agency 150. If you need higher prompt volume without changing tier, top up Rankverse Units (RU) — each AIV prompt-set across 4 engines debits 8 RU.
Do annual plans really save 20%?+
Yes. Pay yearly and the effective monthly rate drops by ~20%. For Pro that works out to ₹14,399/mo billed annually instead of ₹17,999/mo billed monthly — a ₹43,200 saving over the year.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Any time, from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
